Lovely Sherry Amore is on her way to becoming a singing sensation. Unfortunately paying your dues doesn't always pay the rent. So, when international jewel thief and gangster extraordinaire Vinnie "pants" Barritone makes her an offer he can't refuse...well...she...can't refuse.

But when the operation fails, Sherry decides to hide out in the one place they'll never find her, Kalamazoo. Only she can't be Sherry, she has to change her identity to protect her innocence, or so they say.
