Policies

Reservations may be made in on-line, byperson, by phone, by mail, or by  fax.

Room Choices Are On A First-Come, First Serve Basis.

A 50% deposit required at time of booking. The remaining balance due upon check in.

If you cancel your reservation, we will refund your advance payment, less a $25.00 service charge per room, only if we re-rent your accommodation for the entire time you reserve. No refund will be issued for cancellations of three (3) days or less. In cases of multiple room bookings, this policy is applied per room booked.

Christmas week through New Years and Valentines Day and President Weekend are priced at weekend September rates.

Room Rates are quoted per night for 2 persons. Additional persons are charged $25.00 per person per night.

         Room Rates do not include NJ sales tax of 6%or NJ room tax of 7%.

Rates include a full continental breakfast each morning, afternoon refreshments, towels, chairs and off-street parking.

Theater & Room Packages Include Dinner, Show And Choice Seating. All normal Elaine' Dinner Theater & Elaine's Haunted Mansion Theme Dining  Policies and  restrictions on reservations and cancellation  apply. To review our policies, please click on the terms of service button.

Your dinner in either Elaine' Dinner Theater or Elaine's Haunted Mansion Theme Dining include Soup/Salad, Rolls, Entree Of Your Choice, Potatoes/Rice dujour, Vegetable dujour, Dessert Of Your Choice, and Coffee or Tea.  Appetizers, Drinks From Our Pub, Tip & Tax Are Extra.

Children over the age of 10 are welcome.

They will be charged of an additional person in any room at the rate of $25.00 per night.

Minimum stay requirements vary.

There may be an additional charge for less than minimum stays when available. Higher rates and longer minimum stays may apply to holidays and special events. Rates subject to change without notice.   Check our “specials” page.  No minimum nights required except for weekend (sat) stay. Specials cannot be combined with other rates.

New Jersey State fire regulations prohibit smoking in all our buildings.

Smoking is permitted only outdoors on our open porch. We would suggest heavy smokers seek other accommodations. We do have a state of the art fire sprinkler system installed throughout our Inn.

We’re sorry, pets are not allowed.

We love your pets as much as you do, unfortunately some of our guests have allergies to them.  We will be happy to help you make advance arrangements with local pet-sitters, who will treat your pets like their own!
